I love the book by Steven Farrar called Joseph: God Built it is an amazing story about how each of us is created by God for a unique purpose AND time. And many times we are made to wait until it is the time of our purpose. Steven does a great job of pulling together many stories that illustrate how many people were made to wait for God's timing. This is one I have read over a couple of times. I highly recommend it.

I would have to add Branding Yourself: How to Use Social Media to Invent or Reinvent Yourself by Erik Deckers and Kyle Lacy. Erik and Kyle are Indy based authors and speakers. Their book is invaluable in leveraging social media to grow your online identity.
