I'm Working on a Presentation on Goal Setting and Creative Thinking

I'm working on a presentation for a networking group that I belong to in South Bend, Indiana on the subject "Effective Goal Setting, Moving Your Business to the Next Level in 2010"  To that end, I've been doing a lot of thinking and some reseach on the subject.  Although I am a huge believer in the importance of Goal Setting, I was surprised to find out that only 3% of us actually set goals and use them to propel our business and our lives.  It seems part of the challenge is not only the need to learn how to set goals but also the need to develop the creative, innovative ideas that help us move those goals forward.

Hello Goal Setters and Creative Thinkers - What's the secret to your success?  What's the greatest challenge you face in setting goals?  Let's consider:  How do we use long term goal setting to move forward?  Do we giving our goals a weekly and monthly "Goal Check Up"?.  Do we make "Goal Setting" a part of our daily work life.?
