ABOUT THIS GROUP

Suggestion: each of you pick one of your favorite books and start a discussion with the book name as the title. Each month provide a quick personal overview of one chapter with a list of key points. Also consider providing how it has helped you by providing a case history. A book report if you will.

If you see someone has already started a discussion on a book you have read, add to their discussion.

Would it not be grand to see ongoing discussions on dozens of books? It would provide good valuable content for all.

If you have not read Go Giver and Go Givers Sell More by Bob Burg, I highly recommend them.  They are both quick reads full of great insight.

Is anyone reading Decision Points by George W. Bush?

I love to read! I will pick up some of the books that others are reading and hopefully I can suggest some that you may like to read as well. I'm currently reading a book titled Debt Trap. GOD wants us to be prosperous so we can bless others.

Thanks for creating this group!

I read some of You Were Born Rich today by Bob Proctor and there was a saying, "Most people serve money and use people, that's not the way it works, you use money and serve people."

I think so many believers have a mindset that it is spiritual to be poor. I have to constantly work on my mindset. The difference between the successful and the unsuccessful is a little as the edge of a razor. Small disciplines practiced daily over a period of time = success.

That's what I got out of what I read today. ;)

Hi there! I have just joined the group, and I was very interested to read your recent posts as I am an author and self publisher. I have recently published two books, Play 2 Win Live 2 Serve, John 3:16-17 and The Teacher, Lessons Of Hope For America. I began writing because I felt there were not enough positive messages for me to read myself. I hope that you all will visit my website, www.play2winlive2serve.com and if any of you have questions about how to write or publish a book, I would be happy to answer them for you.

I believe the best business book is "Magnificent Obsession" by Lloyd C. Douglas, written in 1929 to help people to find meaning and success in a materialistic world. The message is as timely today as the day it was written. I read it yearly, and the story never gets old.

Hi, Just joined your group. Love to read books that stimulate my mind and spirit. God seems to be pouring out wisdom through so many who teach us through their books. Just read an overview of John Maxwell's latest, "Everyone communicates, Few Connect."
I would be interested in doing a telecall with a book as Greg mentioned.
