As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I am passionate about helping people improve their lives in the ways that are most meaningful to them. It is my goal to encourage, equip, and empower those who seek life improvement. One way I do this is by blogging for www.DietsInReview.com as their mental health expert. I offer a variety of services in my private practice from counseling and coaching to online courses and mental health evaluations. I am also a Parenting Coordinator, mediating in cases of divorce or paternity; family law attorneys, I would love to meet you!

Recently the question has been posed to me in various variations of ‘how do we reach the teens’? As a therapist and working closely with INShape Indiana on health promotions, I understand that you cannot work harder for someone than they work for themselves, or you cannot care about their growth more than they do.
