You won't qualify for any of the benefits I'm about to mention; however, you may know of someone that could benefit from what I do.

I help wartime veterans to qualify for a little known pension benefit which assists them in paying for assisted living and for care at home that is not medicare funded. This may apply to some of your customers, family members or friends, church and elsewhere.

I am wanting to educate people about the availability of such benefits. It can provide up to $23000+ annually, tax-free, to qualified veterans and widows of veterans. For you, you may find a senior couple who have to move out of their home because of one or both of them having to move into an assisted living facility or nursing home. Or, someone who can't sell their home who is looking for an alternative to that in order to get by.

And, for that senior market, I do reverse mortgages for homeowners who need some extra cash flow. If they can't sell their home but need to cash in on some of the equity of it, this is a great alternative.
