You should be able to find him under "members" by search with just his name. Also he started a discussion you will see on the main page. Does that help

Jack, did you see the marketing position with Avon Chiro, Roc Byrd. Maybe consider some freelance work. May be worth a conversation

People won't remember what you know or how much you have, but will always remember how you made them feel....

Two things this "HOW TO" leadership training might include ... are "How To" manage daily operations of a department effectively" (eg: budgeting, strategic planning, PR, hiring, etc); and "How To" manage people. The two biggest reasons people leave their jobs has to do with the people they work with and the ability of managers to manage well. Many managers are deficient in soft-skill training. They can number crunch but are poor at addressing conflict, showing employee appreciation and motivating employees to perform well. Old methods of negative consequences are ineffective and do little to boost morale and performance. With the economy as it is, managers will focus more on bottom lines and are likely to forget how to lift them. More incentive-based performance techniques can help and FAST!

Cost is the issue for training budgets right now. I would love to see a "management or leadership" training available... particularly for the retail industry. Perhaps partnering with a business who hires sales professionals would be the best way for people to access this training program so that it could be cost effective for the company and for you.
