Referrals -VS- Cold Calls

I know that Referrals are much better than cold calls, the idea is to ask for referrals from each person whom you do business with so as to keep going and to generate more activity.  With that being said, I'm finding myself either running low on referrals or chasing not so good leads.  Any one else ever dealt with that? See More
