Federal Reserve Loses Trillions While Us Treasury Secretary Finds a Trillion

While the Federal Reserve cant account for 9 trillion in off balence sheet transactions the US Treasury Secretary( Timothy Geithner) is finding a trillion to pool together. Making room forour banks to have less realestate and security debt on their books and making way for new loans. At least the dow jones likes this as it is up again today at .42% a change of 35.44 in the green. One might ask does one have anything to do with the other? Does Religion affect your intrest rates?

In todays less then stabe market with the dow up .89% and then down the next some would say its a mere numbers game.However, there is more to understanding the market then just knowing numbers. Your not going to buy a companys stock if you see another company trying to dump as much as they can of that very same stock.
