I help wartime veterans to qualify for a little known pension benefit which assists them in paying for assisted living and for care at home that is not medicare funded. This most likely doesn't apply to any of your customers unless they are selling their home because of having to move into an assisted living facility. but, it may apply to some family members, relatives, friends in Muncie and at your church.
I am wanting to educate people about the availability of such benefits. It can provide up to $23000+ annually to qualified veterans and widows of veterans. You are in a great position to make referrals.
Please let me know if you are interested in learning more. I do some work in the Muncie area. I also do reverse mortgages if you find someone who owns their home and is thinking of selling because they can't afford to live there anymore but they can't sell it either. This also applies only to the senior marketplace. Both must be over 62 years old.
