Ryan, Welcome to CBNA. Please allow me to introduce myself. I am Steve King from Indianapolis. I sent a similar note to your co-worker, Kurt Horner, about this.

I help wartime veterans to qualify for a little known pension benefit which assists them in paying for assisted living and for care at home that is not medicare funded. This may apply to some of your customers, family members or friends, church and elsewhere. I am wanting to educate people in the financial services industry about the availability of such benefits. It can provide up to $23000+ annually, tax-free, to qualified veterans and widows of veterans.

I am also looking for a CPA contact to help me with referrals for any of your customers who need anything in the investment arena. I work in Muncie from time to time and would be grateful for a referral for any of your clients. My major expertise is in retirement planning and preparation.

And, for that senior market, I do reverse mortgages for homeowners who need some extra cash flow. As I'm sure you know, for that both homeowners must be at least 62 or older.

Please let me know if you are interested in discussing any of the above..
