Time Management Tip: Big Rocks
I'm sure some of you have heard this, but it is certainly worth reconsidering. Think of a big glass jar. We want to fill it with rocks, water, sand, and gravel. It is important to get in as many rocks as possible. If you filled this jar with water first, one could not get anything else in without spilling the water. The jar is full.
