The best thing that I have found that helps me is to purchase a planner/ organizer and USE IT! I love the designs that Franklin Covey comes out with. Then I make a point each day to write out obtainable to do list for the day. If I have a large project then I break it down into parts. For me, the joy of marking something off my list is a great feeling! Therefore I make my lists longer but each task only takes 30 minutes to 45 minutes to do. I also use a weekly and monthly calendar. That helps me plan out each day and each week. Oh and I more thought: Use a pencil! I get very frustrated when I write things out in pen because then they can not be changed! I've heard a saying about that, always use a pencil when writing down your to do list and let God's pen do the rest.
